Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the 10a platform. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are deemed to have accepted all of the terms set out below.

Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the 10a website or mobile browser, creating an account, playing games, or using any of our services, you are automatically deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions apply to adult users only. Anyone under the age of 18 may not use any 10a services. Age verification at the time of account registration is mandatory.
10a reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Registration, Security & Closure Policy
- Each individual may only register one account.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and up to date.
- Accounts created using false information may be terminated at any time.
- A valid ID may be required to complete account verification.
- Keeping login credentials confidential is the sole responsibility of the user.
- Sharing your account with or allowing another person to use it is strictly prohibited.
- Accounts may be suspended or permanently closed for fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of platform rules.
- Recovery of any outstanding balance upon account closure is subject to review.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
All users are required to comply with the following rules while using the platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or collect data is strictly prohibited.
- Fraudulent activity, harassment, or inappropriate conduct toward other users is strictly prohibited.
- Any unauthorized attempt to access the platform's security systems or servers is strictly prohibited.
- The platform must not be used for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or engaging in any form of fraud is strictly prohibited.
For any breach of these rules, 10a reserves the right to suspend an account, forfeit its balance, or impose a permanent ban without prior notice.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on 10a are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via local mobile banking services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- For Deposits: A minimum deposit amount applies and is stated on the platform. Deposits are credited to your account instantly under normal circumstances.
- For Withdrawals: Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. This typically takes between 30 minutes and 24 hours.
- Bonus Terms: Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly. Withdrawal becomes available only after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
- Fraudulent Transactions: If suspicious financial activity is detected, 10a reserves the right to place transactions on hold and conduct an investigation.
Any amount credited to your account due to a technical error must be returned. Attempting to withdraw funds gained through such errors may result in account suspension.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

10a is not liable for any loss arising from technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
10a bears no responsibility for any financial losses incurred by users through gaming. Each user accesses the platform entirely at their own risk.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, software, and games on the 10a platform are protected under 10a's intellectual property rights. Copying, distributing, or republishing any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Third-Party Relationships
Some games or services on the 10a platform may be operated through third-party providers. These providers may have their own terms and conditions and privacy policies, for which 10a accepts no responsibility. The transaction terms of payment providers may also apply.
Right to Modify Terms
10a reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Users who do not agree with the updated terms may close their account.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Bangladesh.
